The seaweed we sell is cut and dried by families who have worked the same shallows for years. We pay on collection, we do not squeeze the farm gate price to win a quote, and we tell buyers exactly which island a lot came from.
That is also why we say no sometimes. If the moisture is wrong or the harvest is thin, we would rather delay a shipment than send you something you have to argue about later.
