Services

Sourcing, checking, shipping and planning the next one.

Four services that cover the whole distance between an Indonesian producer and your warehouse door.

01

Product Sourcing

You send a spec. We go and find who can actually fill it this season, at the grade you asked for, and we tell you the honest lead time.

Because we buy from the farm and the drying yard rather than resell another trader's offer, the price you see is our price plus one clear margin. If a product is thin this month we say so instead of quietly downgrading the lot.

Producer search across Riau Islands, Sulawesi, Java, Bali and Papua depending on the crop

Sample dispatch by courier before any bulk commitment

Written offer with grade, packing, minimum order and validity date

Sourcing to order for products outside our regular list
Dried seaweed being inspected and graded by hand
Three grades of Indonesian seaweed laid out side by side
02

Quality Checking

We look at the goods with our own eyes before they are booked, and you see what we see.

For dried products we check moisture, foreign matter, colour and smell. For fresh marine products we check the cut, the water, the cold chain and the box. For briquettes we check ash, moisture and dimension tolerance against the sheet you approved.

Photo and short video report of the actual lot, dated

Lab testing arranged where a buyer or an importing country asks for it

Third party inspection at loading if you prefer an independent eye

Retained reference sample kept for each shipment
03

Export Handling

The part that usually goes wrong. We keep it boring.

Documents are prepared in Batam and sent to you in draft before anything is stamped, so a wrong HS code or a misspelled consignee gets fixed on a screen instead of at a customs counter.

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin

Phytosanitary, health and halal documentation where the product needs it

Booking, container stuffing supervision and loading photos

Tracking updates until the container is discharged
Export cartons marked Batam being checked in a warehouse
04

Repeat Supply Planning

If you need the same product every month, guessing is expensive. We keep a harvest calendar for the crops we handle and tell you when a price is about to move, when a season is closing, and when it is worth buying two months ahead.

Rolling volume plan agreed by quarter

Season and weather alerts before they hit your cost

Fixed packing and labelling spec held on file

01

Enquiry

You send product, grade, volume, destination port and how often you need it. We ask anything that is missing.

Product Grade Volume Port Incoterm
02

Offer and sample

A written offer with a validity date, and a courier sample if you want to touch the product first.

03

Agreement

Grade, packing, payment terms and shipping window written down and confirmed by both sides before production starts.

04

Collection and checking

Goods collected, checked and photographed. If something is off spec, you hear it from us first.

05

Documents and loading

Draft documents to you, corrections made, container stuffed and sealed with photos sent the same day.

06

Delivery and review

We follow the vessel, then ask how the lot landed so the next one is better.
